(No sales/catalog order merchants) The Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival reserves the right to reject at our discretion an application or specific items for Art & Gourmet Market vendor space that doesn’t meet the guidelines set above or deems unsafe or considered inappropriate for a family event. The festival reserves the right to inspect booths at any time to ensure compliance.

This is an outdoor event so plan accordingly for inclement weather. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
