Submit your application!
While we encourage you to submit your application early, we will start reviewing applications
January 1, 2026
to give our "veteran" vendors the first right of refusal.
We will accept new vendors on a first come first served basis starting February 1, 2026!
Our Merchant Committee will reach out to you on your application status.

Get approval,
receive contract,
pay your booth fee!
Once approved, you will receive a contract to complete and return with payment within 7 days!
*Must have merchandise on-site for sale. (No sales/catalog order merchants) The Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival reserves the right to reject at our discretion an application or specific items for Art & Gourmet Market vendor space that doesn’t meet the guidelines set above or deems unsafe or considered inappropriate for a family event. The festival reserves the right to inspect booths at any time to ensure compliance.

Photo Policy
Photos taken during the event by the event staff are subject for use in future promotional materials and are the sole property of the Alzheimer's Alliance Tri-State. By entering the event grounds, you are allowing the Alzheimer's Alliance Tri-State to use your photo. If your photo is used, you will not be entitled to compensation of any kind.
